Privacy policy

This policy covers nookystore.com, the catalog of Nooky water-based lube and massage oils. Every page opens without an account, a sign-up form or a newsletter box, and we never ask what you buy the products for.

Visit counts

We keep totals of which pages are opened and when. They tell us, for example, whether more people read the lube guide than the massage oil guide. The totals carry no names, and we do not sell or share them.

If you write to us, your message stays with us while the question is open, and your address is used to reply and for nothing else.

After a shopping button

A shopping button opens our retail partner in a new tab, with a code that shows the visit came from us. From that tab on, their privacy policy applies. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

Cookies

The store software sets a few cookies of its own: the country and currency you browse in and a session marker that lets pages load. There are no advertising cookies here. Cookies set on our retail partner's site fall under their policy.

Adults only

Nooky products are made for adults, and the site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and there is nothing on the site to fill in.
